Why build custom rather than buy a CRM?
If a market product covers your need, buy it: it will cost less. Custom becomes worthwhile when you pay a lot for features you never use, when your trade has a quirk no vendor handles, or when your team quietly works around the software in parallel spreadsheets.
Do I own my data?
Entirely. The database is hosted in Europe and I provide a full export on request, in a standard format, at no cost.
Can the tool evolve afterwards?
That is the main point of building custom. Maintenance covers two hours of changes each month; beyond that, development is billed by the day against a quote you approve before anything starts.
How many users are included?
There is no per-user billing. Create as many as you need — that is precisely what makes custom cheaper than a per-seat subscription once the team grows.
